Safety and Compliance Officer
Oaklands Global has an exciting requirement for a Safety and Compliance Officer to be based in Northamptonshire.
This role will involve supporting the safety and compliance managers with commercial and private operations to assure the compliance with CAA UK, FOCA CH & DTA DK in regards to the Safety & Compliance issues.
This position will involve:-
• Assisting with administration of the compliance matrix demonstrating the company’s compliance standards
• Interpret existing, amended and upcoming regulation/legislation and facilitate organisational compliance and change where necessary
• Support the CMM in establishing & maintaining the annual compliance matrix demonstrating the company’s standards
• Monitor and investigate report filed through the internal reporting system
• Assist with management of the operational risk register
• Analyse feedback from the SMS to identify trends through statistical analysis
• Participate in the relevant AOC and EU safety/Compliance meetings
• Assist with staff training on the safety and compliance system
Experience:-
• Must have Quality assurance/Compliance monitoring audit training
• Aviation Compliance/Quality assurance Audit experience
• Strong knowledge of ICAO/EASA & relevant National Aviation Authority regulations
• Knowledge of commercial aviation
