ZENETEX is seeking Russian Linguists/Collectors to join our intelligence team at Suitland, MD Primary Duties and Responsibilities As a Russian Linguist/Translator/Collector on a team of professionals working on issues supporting US Navy and US European Command requirements, you will be working with a team of linguists and analysts looking at issues of immense importance to the security of the United States. You will be performing collection and translation of high priority materials and will be relied upon for highly accurate translations of important matters and placing them into context for enhanced understanding of events. You will be supporting development of new collection capabilities and analytical projects. You will be working in a classified environment in an integrated government and contractor team accessing both open source and highly classified data using advanced analysis and collection tools. Education and Experience Requirements Minimum: 1. This position requires a current TS clearance and eligibility for SCI access 2. Minimum Language Proficiency of 3/3 DLPT (or ILR equivalent) in Russian certified within the last 3 years. Documented experience in translating Russian to English 3. 2 years experience in Russian Open Source research OR Russian language social media 4. 3 years experience in writing at the college level and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools 5. Have experience and knowledge of military terminology. 6. 4 Years of Military/Intelligence Community experience. Desired: 1. 6 Years of Military/Intelligence Community experience 2. Minimum Language Proficiency of 5/5 DLPT (or ILR equivalent) in Russian certified within the last 3 years. Documented experience in translating Russian to English 3. 4 years experience in Russian Open Source research OR Russian language social media 4. 6 years experience in writing at the college level and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools 5.
