Job Role:
Excel are pleased be working with our valued client based in the UK but part of a global brand, to help source an experienced compliance manager from within the rotary world on a permanent basis.
This exciting role will oversee the Security, Safety and Compliance within the company to ensure compliance with relevant company approvals.
There will be a number of key responsibilities in the role some of which can be detailed as:
- Maintenance of the Compliance Management System in line with regulatory requirements
- Ensuring all internal and external compliance audits are identified on the annual compliance plan
- Development of the above mentioned audit plan
- Regular review of non conformance of compliance
- Provision of leadership to the compliance team
- Direct management of the task and responsibilities of the compliance team
As this is a regulatory based role, it is a key requirement that the successful candidate has a good working knowledge of civilian and military aviation regulations such as EASA, MAOS etc, as well relevant quality standards within the industry.
It is also essential to hold a lead auditor qualification, ideally with 3+ years experience in a similar management based role.
