Take it on as Resource Planning Manager and enhance your career – impacting the safe, effective and cost-efficient operational performance of a premium airline.
Taking a bird’s eye view of resourcing across our Heathrow portfolio, you’ll lead a team of Resource Planning Coordinators. Through your hands-on management style, you’ll ensure the delivery of rosters, as well as training, equipment and tactical plans. We’re a business that thinks ahead, so you’ll also use data modelling and optimisation tools to develop future resource, finance and business plans. You can expect to be working with a range of stakeholders including trade unions.
It’s a key role that calls for experience of resource planning and budgeting. As well as a high level of IT literacy and numeracy, you’ll need strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage complexity is important, and you should be used to working in a challenging environment. We’re happy to consider talented, recent graduates from a mathematical, science or engineering discipline.
