Reservations Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ability to handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with first call resolution

* Actively upsell products and services that match customer needs, while generating revenue for Sun Country

* Perform booking maintenance and fulfillment services on existing reservations (e.g., ticketing, schedule changes, booking modifications, document creation, etc.)

* Ability to provide timely and courteous service to customer phone inquiries; operational, safety and general travel inquiries, both domestic and international

* Assist customers with technical website and mobile navigation inquiries

Compensation:

The starting pay for this position is $13.75 per hour with additional compensation for working evening and weekends.
