Join us as a Requirement Management Engineer and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St Bruno, Quebec.

As a Requirement Management Engineer, you will undertake delegated responsibilities from the Project Chief Engineer and Commercial Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Be responsible for undertaking requirement management tasks in support of developing the whole train design and support and guide project design team members;
- Be responsible for ensuring all requirements are consolidated in a project set of technical requirements;
- Check overall consistency and correct link, alignment between design documents or design activities;
- Develop a risk management plan based on the potential performance gaps between expected final performance and contractual or legal obligations;
- Ensure correct tool set-up, define Requirement Breakdown Structure for the project and identify users.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree;
- Technical domain experience, system integration experience and system architectural understanding;
- Significant experience in delivery of the design, analysis, development, testing and delivery of engineering solutions that solve complex requirements;
- Knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS and Team Center;
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
