Description:

Global HyCO (GHYCO) has an immediate opening for a position in the Reliability group to support the Texas Gulf Coast sites. Reliability initiatives will be owned and the primary responsibility for these hydrogen SMR and/or compressor on-sites. This role will require experience with predictive systems, fixed and rotating equipment. This is a critical role for sustaining reliable operations through the analysis of failures, early detection of failure, replication of lesson’s learned, implementation of reliability work processes, maintenance procedures or other capital or non-capital reliability improvements. This role works closing with maintenance and serves as a dual maintenance and reliability engineer role.

Job Overview:

* Drive standard practices around corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance process.

* Maintain high level of effectiveness around CMMS and Spare parts availability

* Ensure equipment maintenance strategies and reliability standards are in place across at the sites where the role is responsible

* Enable leveraging of adopted reliability and maintenance best practices and transparency of those practices in H-SMP procedures, HyCO Business Rules and Guidelines and other key tools (i.e. EAM, HyCO Tracker)

* Drive reduction in unplanned down time, discovery work and repeat events (incidents and near miss) therefore reducing overall life cycle cost and increasing operating profit

Key Responsibilities:

* Leverage site specific best in class PM’s and incorporate into appropriate H-SMPs; Overall PM optimization by equipment class

* Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies working with Subject Matter Experts

* Responsible for driving EAM effectiveness in operations and maintenance; publish key metrics which show progress; Includes EAM asset loading at the sites that the role is responsible

* Responsible for Spare part availability by equipment class; development and ownership of spare part annual budget

* Analysis of bad actors and repeat corrective maintenance; Maintain Bad actor list and scope lead for projects that eliminate bad actors or threats

* Execution of Key Reliability Initiatives (i.e. FMEA, Procal)

* Ownership of monthly Reliability team meetings, metrics and focal point for maintenance best practices

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Global perspective

* Ability to travel 20% of the time

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience in Hydrogen Producing Facility or extensive experience with maintaining rotating equipment

* Vibration Institute Certification

* MHM database training

* RAMP, Winrock and VDL analysis training

* Influencing peers, SME’s and managers

* International Council for Machinery Lubrication Level 1

* Infrared Training
