Job Description:

This role requires an experienced Agile Release Train Engineer to work in a Government IC environment. This role performs project management tasks across various and many cases related or interdependent scrums. This role provides Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics generation and analysis in order to track overall efficiency of software delivery across team. Finally, this role facilitates horizontal and vertical communication across teams to identify any impediments that may prevent team progress while working mitigation plans as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Will be required to manage and mitigate risks and opportunities associated with effective develop and execution, to include deconflicting and prioritizing tasks.
• Working with Product Owners to ensure development strategy and product execution align.
• Understanding of installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of systems, including associated hardware and cloud.
• Owning Product Release Planning Events

Basic Qualifications

• Experience providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
• Experience establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives.
• Must have experience working within SAFe and Agile frameworks
• Experience directing and controlling activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
• Experience interfacing with senior management and negotiating with clients on requirements and deliverables.
• Safe Agilist Certification
• Scrum Alliance Scrum Master Certification

• Experience interfacing with senior management and negotiating with clients on requirements and deliverables.

• Experience supervising others

Education
Candidate must have BS Masters degree with and 15-20 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate 13-16 with years of prior relevant experience.

Clearance

Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.

Candidate must have an active TS/SCI with Poly.
