This announcement is for a Recruitment Coordinator with Ravn Air Group. This position
reports to the Lead Recruiter and plays a key role in supporting the Corporate Recruiters. The
Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration and day-to-day
operations of the recruiting function in the Human Resources department. The successful
candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a high
level of organization.

This is a non-exempt, full time, benefits-eligible position. Position typically works Monday
through Friday, however overtime may be required as dictated by business needs. Evening
and weekend work will be required for recruitment events.
Minimum Qualifications
 High School Diploma/GED required;  Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel;  Effective oral and written communication skills;  General knowledge of various employment laws and practices;  Excellent interpersonal skills;  Skills in database management and record keeping;  Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality;  Excellent organizational skills;  Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;  Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully;  Must be comfortable presenting to large groups;  Able to work in a team setting or autonomously to deliver on objectives;  Requires critical evaluation skills and knowledge of ethical hiring practices or the ability to learn these

competencies;  Comfortable maintaining deadlines and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment;  Able to pass a background check;

 Comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with

operating aircraft.

Duties & Responsibilities  Provides support to Recruitment team by assisting with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to

sorting and reviewing resumes on a daily basis, managing the flow of paper applications and the

recruiting email inbox, maintaining a filing system which retains qualified applications for one year,

scheduling interviews, and performing reference checks;  Responsible for coordination, set up, and attendance at relevant job/career fairs, industry-specific

tradeshows with potential for recruitment of various positions, presentations at universities/trade

schools/military retirement offices as well as Ravn-sponsored events;  Participates in planning, development, and implementation of various employee relations and employee

satisfaction initiatives, including new employee engagement and onboarding, with approval from the

Vice President of Human Resources;  Coordinates internal events as designated;  Assists with meetings as requested by Executive Assistant;  Other duties as assigned and within the scope of this position.
