Responsibilities

* Train and lead Quality Engineers and inspectors

* Interface with customers and government agencies on quality issues

* Reporting and improvement of all quality related KPI’s

* Coordinating AS9100, ISO 13485, customer, and government quality audits and corrective actions.

* Prepare and present periodic management reviews of quality systems to senior management

* Ensure follow-up and closure of preventive and corrective action requests, as well as verification of effectiveness

* Maintenance of non-conforming material system, as well as collection and reporting of costs of poor quality

* Support new product design and introduction

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelors degree from accredited university

* 5+ years of quality assurance experience in management role

* Experience with quality system standards regulations, including planning and implementation.

* Knowledge of Lean and six Sigma methodologies

* Experience with manufacturing system and understanding of specifications, gage certification, capability analysis, data and defect analysis, variance reduction, etc.

Special Work Conditions

* Eligibility requirements include U.S. nationals or permanent residents (Green Card)

* Position will be based in Redmond, WA until June 2019 and then be based Lynnwood, WA.
