Position Description:

This position will support various aspects of the Quality Management System ensuring world-class systems and performance through continual focus on process improvement, supplier development and customer interaction. Support a culture of Continuous Improvement and positive Customer Experiences. Substantial knowledge of AS9100D or ISO 9001:2015 and formal problem-solving tools is essential.
●Support the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
●Work closely with Engineering to ensure that designs meet applicable quality requirements.
●Plan and perform internal quality audits and execute action items.
●Lead quality initiatives, develop and facilitate quality teams.
●Provide quality function support by working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to manage customer relations, expectations, needs and satisfaction
●Independently drive and direct actions with departmental groups to maintain MRB and RMA issues.
●Drive key quality performance metrics: DPPM, OTD, Cost of Quality, Customer Scorecards, Internal Audit Risk and Effectiveness, Supplier Performance, Contract Review.
●Source inspection liaison
●Travel to customer and supplier locations as required.
●Other duties and tasks as required.
