A long term contract opportunity has arisen for a Quality Auditor to join a busy manufacturing company in the Croydon area.
You will be working within a high tech Aerospace manufacturing company carrying out 1st and 2nd party audits.
The company works within the Aerospace and Military markets providing a number of different products and services.
Quality Auditor Requirements:
- As a Quality Auditor, you will have a strong level of education (Degree, HNC, HND) within engineering
- The ideal candidate will have a good technical background within an Aerospace environment preferably within an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment
- A Quality Auditor will be familiar with AS9100 and CAA and FAA standards
- Candidates will have experience with FAIRS
- Strong Aerospace product and manufacturing knowledge
- The Quality Auditor will have advanced skills with Microsoft applications including Excel
Quality Auditor Responsibilities:
- Quality Auditor will work to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
- Dealing with customers, suppliers and other sites will be required
- As a Quality Auditor you will be in control of the development and administration of management systems meeting company and aerospace standards
- Deliver internal training on BMS operations and/or other training modules (EASA) developed by the department
- Monitor and escalate, where necessary, internal product quality issues
- The Quality Auditor will conduct 1st and 2nd party Audits
