In your role, you will:

- Manage the relationship with current and future CRJ Series Authorized Service Facilities and third party service providers to ensure that they maintain the capability and capacity to adequately maintain commercial aircraft in accordance with their contractual obligations to Bombardier
- Execute Purchase Agreement Start-up Team commitments (deployment of Technicians and Pilots and management of AMO development projects)
- Assist with development of the strategic plan governing the aftermarket facility support requirements of Bombardier Commercial Aircraft
- Create appropriate policies and procedures that allow for the proper identification, selection and audit of candidate Authorized Service Facilities
- Assist negotiations with new Commercial ASFs and settle contractual concerns stemming from existing relationships
- Develop a strong and effective network across internal support functions to ensure timely qualification of Commercial ASFs aligned with business needs
- Develop, implement, and manage robust monthly performance monitoring and reporting processes
- Assist the Manager with budgetary and other related matters
- Manage modification programs for new and existing platforms.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a university degree or college diploma in a relevant business or technical
- You have a minimum of five (5) plus years of experience with Bombardier, or in the commercial aviation industry, preferably in a Customer Services or similar role
- Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Organizations (AMOs) would be considered an asset
- You have relevant contract management, procurement, negotiation and administration experience
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to effectively deal with all levels of management to establish strong business relationships
- Occasional travel may be required
- The position is based in Mirabel
