Description of the job

We are looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m) within Satair (a 100% subsidiary of Airbus) in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel to join the team Process Optimisation & Support at the earliest possible start date.

You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing improvements to the warehouse management. You are the interface between the customers in production, the program, quality, physical logistics, planning and IT within the projects and represent the requirements of the warehouse management in these projects.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Management of limited internal projects regarding savings logistics
- Developing and projecting suggestions for improvement and their implementation
- Participation in projects regarding work part Warehouse, control and coordination of work packages in projects
- Analysis and support regarding new requirements and technologies in the field of logistics savings
- Coordination and execution of internal project approvals
- Ensuring the temporal prioritisation and implementation of sub-projects

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or comparable
- Sound professional experience in project management is required
- Initial experience in sales, marketing and/or procurement is required
- Initial experience in Customer Order Desk (COD) and/or customer support is an advantage
- Distinct skills in stakeholder management
- Confident appearance on different hierarchical levels
- Negotiating skills and strong persuasive powers
- Fluent English is required, fluent in German
