As champions of better, we will be going through an exciting and significant business change by implementing a new crew management and crew training qualification software solution for our Flight and Cabin Crew.
About the role:
In this unique role, you will be responsible for defining and managing the scope, schedule, resources, and management of the risks and issues of the projects you’ll be working on within the overall program. You’ll be working collaboratively with the business stakeholders - leading cross functional project teams to ensure that all requirements are delivered to an optimum quality, within the approved budget and within agreed time frames.
About you:
You will have experience with the following;
* Delivering IT projects utilising project management frameworks and methodologies
* Managing and working with offshore / onshore vendors
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop stakeholder relationships
* Change, communication and risk management
* Project financial management
* Excellent problem solving, prioritisation and analytical skills
* Facilitation skills for all user levels
* Focus on quality and business improvement
* Intermediate skills with Project Management software i.e. MS Project, JIRA ideal
* Developing presentations and presenting
* Tertiary qualification in Information Services, Project Management or similar
* Knowledge or exposure to the Aviation industry, ideally
* Experience with training, qualification management system would also of benefit.
