Under general direction, responsible for the daily operations of multiple task order projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems and requirements established by the company. Capable of running entire projects form estimation and proposal states to completion. Supervises and directs the daily efforts of subcontractors and administrative aspects of projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include estimating, proposal production, project setup and subcontracting of the developed work breakdown structure. Must be capable of reviewing and understanding issued project documents and ensuring work breakdown packages confirm to project deliverables. Position will require daily relations and coordination with owner/architect/engineer and subcontractors. Must be familiar with the commercial construction estimating procedures, experience in RS Means line item estimating is a plus. Undergraduate degree within construction management or related fields with 5+ years of experience is preferred.
