In your role, you will report to the CSeries Section Chief, Change Management and your primary responsibilities will be:

- Project Management representative on the EMT review board harmonizing the cut in points of engineering revisions (HIP Process).

- CSeries Project focal for the Life Limited Components document.

- CSeries Project Focal for the Part Change Notification (PCN) Process – coordinate engineering responses to customer support requests in support of in service aircraft.

- Working with configuration management team to provide engineering review and inputs to the delta configuration report used at aircraft delivery.

- Continuous improvement work with the Project Control team’s Business Reporting process and Tools (dbase reports and KPIs)

- Support the Project Engineering focal responsible for aircraft options tracking and certification.

- Participate in change management process problem solving and recovery plans when required.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- - You have a DEC in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- You have five (5) years of relevant experience in project or program management or equivalent.
- Experience in a design and methods aerospace engineering environment a strong asset.
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- You have superior skills in MS Office including Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint. Knowledge of database creation and management an asset.
- You are an autonomous worker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who interfaces well with team members as well as the many business partners involved in both French and English.
