This announcement is for a Multi-Engine Program Manager for Ravn Air Group. This position
reports to the Director of Flight Standards for Ravn Connect and is responsible for assisting
in the development and checking of flight standards for the Ravn Connect multi-engine fleet.
The successful candidate will have a valid FAA Multi-Engine ATP license, piloting experience
in a Piper PA-31, Beechcraft 1900, or similar aircraft, and the ability to obtain Company
instructor and check airman status.

This is a non-exempt, full time, benefits-eligible position. Position typically works Monday
through Friday in Anchorage, however overtime and travel may be required as dictated by
business needs and with management approval.
Minimum Qualifications
 High School Diploma/GED required, some college preferred;  Must have FAA Multi-Engine ATP license; FAA Flight Instructor license preferred;  Beechcraft 1900 Type rating or other Type rating is highly preferred;  Requires pilot experience in Piper PA31 and Beechcraft 1900 or similar aircraft;  Current Class 1 Medical Certificate;  Instrument currency as defined in FAR 61.57(c);  Excellent written and oral communication skills; previous instructor experience is preferred;  Must be detail-oriented, and have a high attention to accuracy;  Capable of working independently or as a team member;  Strong prioritization and time management skills;  Must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;  Able to obtain Company instructor and check airman status;  Willing to travel to company bases as needed;  Requires a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS);  Able to pass a comprehensive background check;  Comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with

operating aircraft.

Duties & Responsibilities
 Responsible for supporting and assisting the Director of Flight Standards for Ravn Connect in the

development and checking of flight standards for the multi-engine fleet, including continued

development and maintenance of the Flight Standards Manuals and training curriculums and materials

for the Piper PA31 and Beechcraft 1900 aircraft, ground and flight training and checking, and assisting

the flight ops department as needed;  Coordinate with the Director of Flight Standards for Ravn Connect to ensure standardization of

Company operating policies and procedures across the Multi-Engine fleet;  Support and assist the Director of Flight Standards for Ravn Connect in the continued development and

maintenance of the Flight Standards Manuals for both the Piper PA31 and Beechcraft 1900 aircraft;  Coordinate with the Safety department to analyze FOQA data for use to further improve training and

flight operating policies and procedures;  Conduct Company flight training and checking throughout the Company bases;  Conduct regular non-regulatory flight checks to ensure standardization with company policies and

procedures;  Support Company logistics and aircraft movements between operations bases and the maintenance

bases;  Promote the Company safety culture;  Other duties as assigned and within the scope of this position.
