Position Description:

General responsibilities include defining, managing and executing all program phases for precision optical components, subassemblies and electro-optic systems including product design, development and manufacture including; opportunity capture, program plan and schedule, cost/pricing definition, and proposal preparation.

Responsibilities range from being the technical lead to project manager and business development manager.

Able to identify and capture business opportunity, customer retention, and managing the product life cycle.

Excellent communication skills with internal design, development, manufacturing and QA teams and with technically sophisticated customers.

Presentation skills and high degree of computer literacy.

Strong track record with combined technical and financial success.
