Program Analyst-FMS - 1078004

KBRwyle is currently seeking a highly qualified Program Analyst to support UH-60M and UH-72A platforms through Foreign Military Sales (FMS). An ideal candidate will coordinate requirements with technical, planning, contracting, budgeting, and production organizations within the PM as well as Security Assistance Management Directorate, and other Government agencies. Will assist in developing and coordinating long range schedules with the OEM and the country that account for all aspects of the FMS case from initiation of the program through non- recurring engineering, modifications and air worthiness release, production, and delivery. Assists in preparation, facilitation and execution, and follow up of action items and minutes of meetings. Will also provide program management analysis and support to gather and integrate data from programmatic, business, technical/engineering, and logistics functional areas to assist the FMS in developing strategies to capture new FMS cases, develop, status, and analyze budgets and schedules, coordinate with OEMs for production data, analyzing same to give early warning of issues and developing potential solutions to issues and challenges. Working with SAMD and UHPO to identify, coordinate and oversee all training requirements. Will support the PM, DPM, APMs, and functional staff in day-to-day accomplishment of issues, and in insuring continuity of effort. Will also provide strategic/long term advice and recommendations regarding interface with the customer country and the OEM, on acquisition strategies and reviews. Major spokesman by drafting all plans and correspondence, and other documents in direct support to the Product Manager’s coordination and staffing of program decisions at senior Army staff levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 11 years experience in program management/aviation operations and or maintenance of rotary wing aircraft. Army Aviation, Black Hawk operational or maintenance experience required. Candidate must be eligible for a security clearance which requires US citizenship. FMS experience preferred. Travel up to 25% required.
