Program Analyst Acquisition Support Lexington Park MD

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We are actively looking for a Program Analyst to provide acquisition support to our team at NAS Patuxent River. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Provide program management support * Assist in the writing and development of SOWs * Integrate and or write CDRLS for RFPs as needed * Coordinate requirements and program status amongst numerous Level 2 IPT Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience supporting U.S. government programs; 10 years of experience will be required without a BS degree. * A minimum of 3 years of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience required * Working knowledge of DoD security assistance program policies and procedures relating to FMS * Demonstrated experience with identifying programmatic requirements for FMS agreements and responding to Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Availability (P&A), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) * Experience with integrating aircraft size specifications and other requirements into an RFP Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
