Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking an established Production Manager, ideally from a manufacturing background to join our valued client based in the UK.

Managing the clients manufacture and repair facility, you will be working under EASA Part 21 and Part 145 regulations, ensuring that the production funciotn of the company continues and improves from the high standards already expected by key customers.

Daily management of the operations will cover various areas, including, but not limited to:

Manufacturing, repair and stores
Leading regular Operational Meetings
Management of staff time, attendance and performance
Attending customer meetings off site
Development for areas of improvement

The ideal person for this role will have come from a management position in a similar role, ideally within aviation interiors and furnishings, although solid manufacturing and production experience can be considered.  

Good knowledge of EASA part 21 legislation will be key, and experience of manufacturing production and repair processes will be essential.
