Support our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg with your know-how as process manager! In the future you will be responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the processes in the area of Cabin & Cargo Engineering.

Task description

• Development of the Process Management goals as well as ensuring the goal direction with the Project Management teams
• Improvement and implementation of manuals for process documentation as well as guidelines and flow charts
• Ensuring compliance through process observations
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Development and provision of training concepts as well as cooperation in the implementation of training courses
• Support of the Process Owner Delegate
• Modelling and Simulation of Business Processes with Business Process Modelling Methods

Requirements

• Completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, project and process management
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management
• Agile project management methods are advantageous
• Knowledge of process management tools such as ARIS, MEGA or HOPEX
• Good negotiating skills in German and English
• Knowledge of French would be an advantage
• Willingness to make occasional business trips to Toulouse
