SPECTO Aerospace is an EASA and FAA Part 145 approved Composite Repair Organization,
steadily expanding its position in the MRO-market. SPECTO is specialized in Maintenance,
Repair and Overhaul of Composite ans Sheetmetal Aerostructures. With a broad inhouse
capability and certification base we support our international customers with both Shop and
Field Repair Services.

Are you the ambitious and motivated Process Engineer, with the drive to provide your
production colleagues with detailed information (e.g. Work Orders & Preparation) for
composite aircraft or component repairs? Are you a highly trained engineering professional,
thinking in solutions? Are you willing to cooperate with all your colleagues to bring SPECTO to a
higher position in the international market? We invite you to join our team.

Requirements:  Ambition and motivation  A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the field of Aviation Maintenance  At least basic knowledge of composites  Team player with good social skills  Technical trained, preferably HBO
