Job Summary

Business and Regional Avionics (B&RA) in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a highly qualified Principle Program Manager on our Aftermarket Programs team.

Reporting to the Director of Business and Regional Aftermarket Programs; Services the primary responsibility of this role is to lead Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) programs that generate sales of Collins Aerospace products and services with an opportunity to provide guidance on future growth roadmaps and customer initiatives. As a principle program manager you will have responsibilities that oversee business pursuit and capture strategy, program execution, production forecasting, customer delivery and support. This individual must coordinate activities across the Collins Aerospace shared business model; Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Service functions making this an exciting and demanding role.

Job Responsibilities

* The candidate will exhibit an ability to Push Frontiers in setting goals and finding new approaches to solve problems.

* The candidate will leverage and expand her/his Powerful Networks to enhance and grow the strong performance of Business and Regional Aftermarket.

* The candidate will require strong communication skills.

* The candidate has a business acumen leading the team to execute flawlessly in creating sustainable growth.

* The candidate will embrace critical thinking and decision making to exercise Insightful Judgment.

* Has strong understanding of systems engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, decision point processes and engineering processes

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline or in the absence of a degree six years of related experience
