Predictive Maintenance

Activities:

The job holder is responsible for delivering simulation model and model based prognostics algorithm for aircraft systems on Time, Cost and Quality.

The various activities to be performed are:

* Model development and validation for different Systems:

* Carry out analysis of the requirements from the design office, testing teams and the integration teams

* Develop new models or implement updates to existing models

* Implement Fault Model and synthesize simulation results

* Calibrate & tune model parameters based on Test rig data / Flight Test data

* Validation

* Develop algorithm for fault isolation, detection and prediction (prognostics) and validate

* Interfacing with relevant counterparts in Europe

Required Education:

* B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.E., preferably with experience in the aerospace industr

Required skills and expertise:

* Knowledge in aircraft systems;

* Knowledge in Model based Prognostics Tools (Kalman Filter, Particle Filter, etc.)

* Knowledge in Fault injection and progression model

* Ability to implement/derived mathematical equations based on academic papers

* Knowledge and experience in simulation and modelling (Matlab, Simulink, AMESIM, ADAMS, 3D modelling tools, etc.)

* Knowledge and experience in Predictive Data Analytics & related tools (added advantage)

* Experience in C, C++ programming

* Strong inter-personal and communication skills

* Flexibility and adaptability

Experience:

* 4-8 Years
