Our team is looking for a Principal Financial Analyst in the Avionics Operations organization. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain knowledge about the Operations organization and work with a wide range of personnel.

Job Responsibilities

This position is for a Principal Financial Analyst in the Operations Finance department in the Avionics organization. The analyst will work closely with other analysts, Finance leadership and Operations leadership to gather information and understand the business in order to produce a financial forecast. He/she will provide support to executive leadership for the presentation of financial information. The analyst is responsible for reconciling, understanding and confirming our financial data to support the monthly financial closing process and will utilize Hyperion and SAP heavily for analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset and can help drive results.

. Some specific responsibilities include the following:

* AOP and Forecast/Assessment consolidations and review

* Prepare Operations Analysis presentation

* Hyperion SME/Training – Ops Super user for Avionics

* Oracle Webform management

* Prepare and review Quarterly PCP Review data

* Special projects

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or in absence of a degree, six years related experience

* Candidate must also possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of SAP, Hyperion and Microsoft Office

* Strong communication and leadership skills
