Excel have a fantastic opportunity for powerplant engineering specialists to join our globally known client based in Germany on a permanent basis. We are looking for experienced professionals with a passion for all things engine related to be a key part of the business in their maintenance facility supporting a range of engines such as the GE90, CFM-56 and others. As a lead powerplant engineer, you not only carry out day to day repairs, testing and maintenance, you will also be taking on project work that will involve technical support to both internal and external customers.
The ideal person for this position will ideally hold a degree in an engineering based subject (although this is not essential) and have a solid background in a similar role within powerplant engineering across GE and CFM engines. As an experienced engineer, you will be able to analyse and repair defects on multiple engine types, either in the workshop, or out on the line should there be an AOG situation. As well as the knowledge and drive to find a solution, you will need to be a team player who excels in communication in order to get the job done.
For the right person, we can offer a highly competitive of salary of €75,000 to €85,000 per year dependent on experience, with additional benefits provided by the company.
