Working Hours: 37 per week
Job Purpose: To produce work packs for all fully supported aircraft i.a.w. approved AMP as per Company Procedures and Instructions
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and compilation of scheduled maintenance inputs (A/C/LMV/IMV/HMV) for all aircraft under the departments control
RFP tally lists and final presentation files for all future heavy maintenance inputs (internal and 3rd party MROs)
3 /5 day forecast reviews prior to hangar inputs (A/LMV/IMV or C/HMV Check)
Planning & Compilation of all scheduled ad-hoc inputs for modifications, engine/APU/LDG replacements, SB accomplishment
Co-ordination (focal point) of queries from MROs sent through to the department as well as compiling record of task additions/deletions (Form TCAE 5140)
Annex 6 transfers – preparation of work package
Meeting all set KPIs, by prioritising own workload
Adhering to all Company Procedures, with particular emphasis on all mandatory and regulatory authority items

Production of RFPs
Capabilities Profile – technical skills/knowledge, experience & track record.
Must have:
Experience of Aircraft Maintenance programmes
AMOS awareness (current use preferred)
Use of computer-based planning systems
Good verbal communication & negotiation skills
Good written communication skills
Preferred:
AMOS experience (V10.70 upwards)
Experience in a maintenance planning environment
Experience in long-term forecasting
Qualifications, Training, Professional Memberships or Accreditations
MS Office / Excel preferred
Dotted Line Reports / Key Stakeholders
Engineering, Powerplant, Projects, Contract, Projects, 3rd Party MRO’s
