Primary Job Duties

As a Pilot Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and supporting all pilots for required training.

* Position will be 4 days a week, including both weekend days from 8-6.
* Track progress and completion of pilot training
* Construct & modify pilots schedules in Crew Scheduling software
* Coordination of all notification, lodging and travel for above training
* Assistance with Department phones & business travel arrangements

Minimum Requirements

* Must demonstrate professional, strong people and telephone skills
* Must have strong detail skills and capable of assuming responsibility
* Must be organized, self-motivated, flexible and goal oriented
* Knowledge of Crew Trac software preferred
* Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
* If applying from within SkyWest, must be in good standing
* Familiarity with Airline Industry
* Familiar with SkyWest policies and procedures preferred
