Pilot Recruitment Manager
(based in Budapest)
Purpose of the position:
The Pilot Recruitment Manager is responsible for the oversight of pilot recruitment and job placement. This position ensures all crew members fit within our company culture and have the necessary skills to perform their duties. This position reports directly to the Senior Pilot Recruitment Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for recruitment efforts from initial sourcing, screening and testing to offer acceptance, for all pilot positions
* Execute recruitment and sourcing activities, including but not limited to: active resume database searches, job fairs, schools, industry networking, advertisements, internet posting, social media, employment agencies and employee referrals
* Develops new recruiting sources
* Prescreen all potential candidates
* Schedule interviews with appropriate pilot assessors, coordinate travel arrangements, conduct interviews, and evaluate applicants
* Establish and maintain recruitment KPIs
* Coordinate all communication with candidates and provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruiting and pre and post interviewing activities
* Participate in identifiyng recruiting needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
* Assist with identifying and addressing existing and emerging recruitment gaps
* Lead and participate in pilot recruitment related projects and programs
Requirements:
* University Degree
* Min 3 years working experience
* Able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment
* Experience with all phases of the recruitment life-cycle
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical milestones
* Strong interpersonal (verbal/written, and presentation), organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills
* Must be self-disciplined, structured, possess follow-up
* Must be able to travel
