PILOT RECRUITING SUPERVISOR

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Trans States Holdings (TSH), is a privately owned holding company that operates three regional airlines: Compass Airlines, GoJet Airlines and Trans States Airlines. The holding company is headquartered in Bridgeton, Missouri near the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs all duties related to the processing of pilot new hires, pilot application processing and pilot recruiting data retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Keep track of pending files that Field Recruiters send to Headquarters.

2. Conduct reviews of new hire files to ensure completeness and compliance with all regulations and hiring guidelines. Follow up with Field Recruiters to obtain missing documents prior to start dates.

3. Collaborate with Flight Ops on approvals for new hire pilots.

4. Distribute leads to pilot recruiting team.

5. Create communications to potential new hires.

6. Assist with class start.

7. Assist with event planning and track recruiter schedules.

8. Administrative duties including expense report review, comp day tracking, rental car requests.

9. Oversee GoJet Ambassador Program and act as a point of contact for Ambassador pilots.

10. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred

2. Aviation experience is strongly preferred

3. Must possess excellent leadership abilities with dedication and a high level of motivation

4. Ability to coordinate resolutions with associated departments

5. Possess strong professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to organize own work, guide others, while working under pressure and meet tight deadlines

7. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications

8. Must be extremely detail-oriented

9. Willing to work non-standard hours

10. Ability to maintain confidentiality

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

1. Schedule is full-time Monday–Friday, 40 hour work week, work hours between the hours of 0800 and 1700

2. Non-standard hours to include nights and weekend hours when necessary

3. Office work environment
