We are unique and complex business requiring a flexible approach and we’re looking for people who would thrive in such an environment.

AirTanker was awarded the Future Strategic Tanker Aircraft (FSTA) contract for RAF Voyager by the Ministry of Defence in 2008. This is for the supply of an air-to-air refuelling, air transport and aeromedical evacuation capability, plus associated service and infrastructure for the duration of the contract period up until 2035.

AirTanker blends together civilians, RAF and Sponsored Reservists in the workplace. This mixed manning approach gives us the flexibility to deploy operational teams in support of RAF Voyager around the globe. Flying to destinations such as Calgary and The Falkland Islands, we have a host of different roles that give our people an opportunity to travel.

We are about much more than the ‘nine to five’. We will earn your commitment, offering you a unique opportunity to play a crucial part in a pioneering service that is working to deliver unparalleled support to the RAF and UK armed forces. In addition, we also offer an exceptional leasing product. You will become part of a team of people who share a common commitment to delivering service excellence to the RAF and our third party customers.

Since the arrival of our first aircraft and entry into service in April 2012, we have grown significantly; obtaining our Air Operating Certificate (AOC) in December 2012. We have achieved many mile stones with the successful completion of the first air to air refuelling sortie in May 2013, accepting delivery of 6 Voyager aircraft with the remainder of the fleet arriving by summer 2016 completing our entry in to full service mode.

In 2016 AirTanker also successfully launched into the commercial leasing market. We have quickly built a reputation for integrity, professionalism and flexibility.
As we continue to grow, we still place a major emphasis on the quality of our people.  We look to recruit candidates who can demonstrate the same passion and motivation that we do.
