Job Summary
The Passenger Reduced Mobility (PRM) Agent is responsible for assisting passengers with special needs by ensuring that they are safely transported throughout the airport facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists both inbound and outbound passengers by physically transporting them throughout the airport facilities
- Monitors passengers with special needs and their personal effects, while they are in the airline terminal, airline lounges, customer care centers, shopping areas
- Conduct carry on/off aircraft as required
- Operate mobile Avi-ramp on/off the aircraft
- Assisting PRMs throughout the airport and on/off the aircraft, ultilising wheelchairs and motorised aisle chairs
- Assist passengers with special needs with baggage and personal effects
- Provide information to the public
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
- Maintain uniform dress code at all times
- All other duties associated with the job classification

Qualifications and Competencies
- Exceptional Customer Service, relevant experience advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Additional languages desirable
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Attentive to detail and numerate
- Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexible approach when required
- Willingness to work in inclement weather
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays
