TARCG are proud to feature a new opportunity for a well-known UK Engineering Aviation Academy in Norwich. We are now sourcing a number of Part 147 Instructors to support electrical, mechanical and avionic training.

If you have an aviation or teaching background and are eager to use your teaching experience to develop aspiring individuals to gain a career in aviation then this opportunity could be for you.

Duties will include the development, preparation and delivery of technical training courses, maintaining a high standard of instruction in accordance with current instructional techniques and procedures.

The successful applicant will have the following:

Essential:

  • Work location Norwich, UK
  • The ability to develop and deliver engaging training for a variety of audiences.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire a group through learning.
  • Communication skills at all levels.
  • IT literacy with a working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Teaching experience.
  • Prepared to work away from base on occasions

Desirable:

  • QLTS/QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience in delivering aircraft maintenance training.
  • Fully trained airframe, propulsion or a multi-trade/skilled aircraft engineer.
  • High school / College level teaching experience.
  • Either Mechanical / Propulsion Systems or Electrical/avionics background.
