Job Role:
Excel Technical Consulting have a great opportunity for an Experienced Part 145 Technical Instructor to join our globally known client on a permanent basis.
The main focus of this role will be to deliver technical training for all staff in support of the clients fleet, in line with both regulatory compliance and cultural development.
You will be required to deliver Part 145 related training across the workforce, from human factors to aircraft maintenance and airworthiness - whatever is required to achieve sustained excellence in operations, and compliance with various regulatory authorities.
You will need to previous experience of creating, delivering and evaluating technical instruction/courses and ideally have come from a background within aviation, having completed an instructional technique course or at least a train the trainer qualification.
We are looking for someone with an eagerness to share their knowledge and understand how to deliver a competent training function that will work across all levels of the company from the bottom right to the top!
