Get onboard the UTC Aerospace Operations and Supply Chain team and play a part in managing our innovative products from inception to delivery. As a Painter II you are required to show acceptable achievement in the areas listed below. From time to time you will be required to attend specific training courses to upgrade your skill level as you progress through the training required of this position. Demonstrate a continued interest in good housekeeping and safety practices. • Demonstrate ability to work under a minimal amount of direction for the area PTC, or supervisor/team coordinator. • Be proficient in handling all of the equipment that is applicable to completing the required job. • Demonstrate an ability to effectively cooperate and communicate with co-workers and personnel in other departments

• Responsible for prepping, priming and final painting of all colors of all detail parts and final assemblies to current specification requirements. • Proficient in apply Bonding Primer without assistant. • Capable of applying Dry lube to meet specification requirements. • Capable and willing to train potential painters. • Be well informed about the disposal of Hazardous Waste. • Be aware and informed of the Chemicals you are working with. • Be knowledgeable of all pertinent customer/company specifications and international standards relating to standards, finishes, policies, processing, etc. • Manage and communicate the workflow through the Paint Booth for maximum efficiency staying in constant touch with the Associate Painters.

Qualification:
