Operations Officer Zero Hours

AN OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR TWO ZERO HOURS OPERATIONS OFFICER AT SIGNATURE FLIGHT SUPPORT ABERDEEN

 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to passengers, visitors and crew alike in accordance with company policy, airport protocol and our health and safety policy
• Meeting, greeting and assisting passengers arriving for flights or disembarking from flights
• Completing passport, customs, SB and immigration formalities where required in accordance with local airport restrictions and company policy
• Raising and processing invoices and collecting appropriate payment from customers
• Providing assistance to crews and liaising with ground handling services
• Maintaining the passenger reception, lounge and staff kitchen in a clean and efficient fashion, providing complimentary refreshments and an excellent service to its users
• Collection and delivery of newspapers, magazines, ice and paperwork to aircraft if requested
• Stock control - the collection or delivery of stock, replenishing the stock where needed
• Being aware and ensuring that health and safety requirements are met
• Refueling of aircraft and ensuring fuel duties performed in a safe manner.
• Assisting Terminal tenants with duties that may arise.
• Communicating with Air Traffic in accordance with company, airport and National Air Traffic Service policies.

 

 

Role Requirements:

• A calm approach and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• A customer orientated approach with an outstanding level of customer service skills and experience of meeting the needs of our customers.
• Commitment to the company and the job
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Ability to communicate credibly across all levels solving issues that may arise for our customers
• Basic IT skills.
• Driving license.
