Operations Manager

Oaklands Global are currently looking for an Operations Manager who has experience in a VIP environment. This position will suit someone who is confident delivering excellent service for a high-end brand.

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for running a team of Ops Assistants and Supervisors, looking after VIP/Private aircraft coming in and out of the airport.
• This will include coordinating arrivals, flight plans, departures with other members of staff and authorities
• Ensuring you’re up to speed with customer changes and demands to make sure any adjustments run smoothly
• Communication between departments is key in making sure that the customer experience is flawless
• Make sure that handovers between shifts are clear and concise
• Keeping on top of training requirements
• Maintaining the look of the terminal at all times so that the customer has the VIP experience

Requirements;

• Previous experience of delivering VIP service, it should be second nature to you
• Leadership qualities are essential for this role and need to be demonstrated in previous positions
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks at once, ensuring it remains a smooth experience for the customer
• Able to build and maintain relationships with customers, staff and external authorities
• Being flexible with working hours is important, this is a 24/7 operation
• Willing to put in the extra effort to exceed expectations
• Additional languages is certainly advantageous
