We are recruiting for an Operations Manager for a small growing MRO shop specialising in cabin interiors and electronics.
The Operations Manager is responsible for:
Overseeing day to day running of operations. Maintaining an overview of all departments, liaising with department managers to ensure procedures put in place are effective and being followed.
All matters relating to production planning per 145.A.47.
Providing feedback to the Accountable Manager on a regular basis on company performance.
Daily communication monitoring and management of Planning Production, Purchasing and Stores departments ensuring that each is working efficiently and effectively.
Ensuring the Production Department have sufficient time and resources to complete work on time and in accordance with customers request. To monitor and review production progress against deadline targets.
Source, negotiate and manage the purchase of spares, raw material and services relating to production.
To identify, develop and implement operational improvements.
Develop a high performance workforce who are motivated and enthused.
