Operations Executive

Primary purpose of job:

Provide day to day operational support to the Operations Manager. The main tasks are:

- Flight planning
- Handling requests
- Slot administration
- Scheduling
- Maintenance scheduling
- Post flight administration
- Office administration

- Any other duties applicable to the role

The ideal candidate will:

- Be able to deliver first class customer service

- Be proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment

- Have a flexible approach

-Have excellent customer service skills

-Have excellent communication skills

-Be organised and calm under pressure - able to react quickly to changes

-Be reliable with excellent timekeeping.
