Operations Controller

Oaklands Global are working with a Private Aircraft Charter and Management Company who require an Operations Controller specifically with Ground Operations experience. The role will report directly to the company Directors and it is the Operations Controller’s responsibility to deliver consistently the highest standards to both clients and external stakeholders. 

The Operations Controller will need to coordinate the output of the Ground Operations Department to all stakeholders, provide leadership and training where appropriate to meet current and future business requirements. 

Key Skills and Experience:

• A proven background in an Operations department environment to deliver best practice service levels
• Aviation and service delivery expertise with knowledge of working in a highly regulated industry
• A strong understanding of the commercial principles underpinning the core business requirement and a demonstrated ability to exercise commercial judgment in line with operational objectives
• Competent in managing a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of interaction at all levels including clients, senior management and board level
