DEA Aviation is an aircraft operator based at Retford (Gamston) Airport offering charter and specialist aviation services on a worldwide basis. With a fleet of Diamond Twinstar aircraft, maintained in house by our Part 145 engineering team, our operations team provides comprehensive support to our wide portfolio of airborne operations.
We are recruiting for a motivated, assertive and high calibre individual to join our hardworking but friendly team of operations controllers. We are a growing team so if you have a passion for aviation and want to be part of a dynamic team then get in touch.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to take a pro-active approach to problem solving. A positive can-do attitude is essential along with the ability to work under pressure. There will be shift work involved so the ability to work on initiative as well as integrate with a team is equally important.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and be looking to further their aviation career with a company which values professionalism and competence.
Responsibilities include;
Preparation of pre-flight documentation including all aspects of flight planning
Creating and filing ATC flight plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and the Operations Manual
Ensuring compliance with Flight Time Limitations (FTL) Schemes
Proactively coordinating the flying programme and arrange appropriate logistics for crew travel
Quoting for charter requests
Working in harmony with other departments
Shift working will be required.
Candidate should have a valid UK driver’s licence and their own vehicle
The right to live and work in the UK

Salary is dependent on experience
