Join us as a Operations Clerk and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Whitby, Ontario.

As a Operations Clerk, you will generate equipment inspection & repair work orders, process returned paperwork, input defect booking sheets and learn the equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Generate repair work orders designated and unscheduled with corresponding forms attached;

- Monitor outstanding defects and advise supervisor;

- Ensure all resolved defects are closed in the system for equipment inspections;

- Book parts need to be back ordered and follow-up, coordinate status from Purchasing and Materials;

- Close all completed inspection and repair work orders validating labor and material charges.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- High School diploma;

- Understanding of mechanical terms and equipment is an asset.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Training for this position will occur on the day shift at the Toronto facility for up to 5 weeks. The rest of the term will be on the night shift at Whitby.
