Join us as an Operability Engineer and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St Bruno, Quebec.

As an Operability Engineer, you will develop the Operability Concepts for platform, product and project according to the Vehicle Operability Breakdown Structure (VOBS).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Create Operability concept and derive requirements towards functional, mechanical and electrical architecture to respect operability requirements regarding infrastructure, operation and maintenance;
- Create operational scenarios and operability features based on platform definition according to Vehicle Operability Breakdown Structure (VOBS);
- Plan and support Vehicle Operability workshop with final customer;
- Work with global engineering to identify standards across all platforms and product families.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or in a related field;
- Five (5) years of experience in Engineering;
- Experience in rail operation, train functions and human factor;
- Experience working in a complex international environment;
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
