Omnichannel Analyst

The CRM Analytics team is part of the CRM department in the Brand & Marketing organization. SAS Brand & Marketing is currently undergoing a digital transformation and we are now looking for someone who can help us to take our web analytics and attribution capabilities to the next level in order to be more effective in our marketing communication and media buying.

Main Task

* Key player in our cross functional teams analyzing and proactively optimizing SAS omnichannel communication and media mix.

* Analyze Brand & Marketing’s initiatives and suggest optimization actions from a ROMI (return on marketing investment) perspective.

* Together with a ROMI supplier set up and maintain SAS future ROMI platform.

* Orchestrating audiences via our data management platform and other sources.

* Speaking partner to the organization when it comes to omnichannel analytics, attribution and ROMI.

* Deploy and maintain key measurement solutions, e.g. setting up and maintaining naming conventions, tag management, cost data management and data collection.

Education, experience and skills:

* University degree or equivalent qualification.

* Minimum 2 years web analytics experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

* Experience in digital marketing, attribution and optimization.

* A/B testing

* Experience working with a data management platforms (DMP), Adobe Audience Manager or similar.

* History of deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.

* Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML is meriting.

* Ability to speak and write in English and a Nordic language fluently.
