Job Role:
As the Network Process Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with regional heads to develop strategic medium-term plans of last mile providers for retail operations. You will be required to manage continuous process improvement, develop consistent retail LMP bid strategies, manage regulatory compliance and ensure business continuity. The Network Process Manager, you must have a thorough understanding of the gategroup brand strategy, promise and customers as well as understand standard retail operational procedures quality assurance, tax applications and best practice guidelines on all Gategroup retail account. You will be responsible for signing off the tender procedure regarding retail operation while proactively collaborating across all levels and functions within Gate Retail and with Regional Operational teams to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for the design and execution of on-site audit programs to assess legal and quality and assurance compliance, inventory accuracy, process adherence and any other aspect relevant to ensure that the network conforms with all applicable rules/regulations and contractual obligations and that Gategroup and client property is properly cared for and not subject to losses/fraud while addressing and escalating any cases of non-conformity / issues. You will also participate and contribute to overall strategic and operational management of the Retail Operations function

* Develop strategic medium-term plans of last mile providers for retail operations,
* Demonstrate understanding of the gategroup brand strategy, promise and customers.
* Understand standard retail operational procedures quality assurance, tax applications and best practice guidelines on all gategroup retail account
* Sign off tender procedure regarding retail operation
* Manage lessons learned and continuous process improvement.
* Proactively collaborate across levels and functions within Gate Retail and with Regional Operational teams to achieve business objectives. .
* Develop consistent retail LMP bid strategy including all relevant obligations, liabilities, SLA’s etc. applicable with our airline clients, minimize costs, and generally provide a strong foundation and mechanisms for e.g.

leverage of volume growth

high service quality in all respects

data and stock accuracy

control, minimization (incitements to reduce) and proper allocation of shrinkage and waste

compliance with all relevant legislation and Q&A requirements

Amend/renegotiate contracts as necessary in case of additional/changing service needs

Ensure that all services are always properly covered by written contracts

Maintain LMP contract templates/standards

Work Experience:

Extensive relevant work experience a Retail Operational role, airline experience preferred environment
Technical / Other Skills:

Complete fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Further languages are an advantage but not essential.
