ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Network Engineer to support the Tactical Training Group, Pacific contract. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Provide resource management of a WAN * Supervise the network configuration management * Documentation of network/system topologies * Prepare network performance IA activity and progress reports * Monitor Network for IA Vulnerabilities and apply required patches and remediation * Work with Systems Analysts to ensure proper configurations and setting of domain policies Education and Experience Requirements * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) * Qualified candidates must be DoD Directive 8570.1M compliant at IAT Level II; CompTIA Security+ CE * Recent in-depth WAN/LAN Windows Server experience installing, administering, troubleshooting * Recent experience reviewing and providing network engineering recommendations for network changes and system upgrades * Recent experience configuring and troubleshooting network service support for military C5I systems or similar commercial systems * Recent in-depth experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing Cisco device operation and network security IA compliance in a computer system or network: * WAN Routing Protocols and Tables * Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), System Log (syslog) and NetFlow * Cisco device configurations, IOS images, and licenses * Access Control Lists (ACLs) and port security Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
