Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking an experienced maintenance Quality head for our European based MRO client on a permanent basis.

This position will be to oversee the Quality Management of the maintenance activities for a busy MRO in France, so it is essential that you are a fluent french speaker.  You will be required to conduct any necessary audits, reviews of documentation and various other quality related responsibilities.

The ideal person for this position will have a strong background in aviation maintenance, ideally holding an aviation related degree, and a good number of years in a quality management based role.  This position is based within a very busy environment, so we are looking for a manager who will be able to guide all managers to prepare process, responses, solutions… and obviously be capable of self managing.
