Job Role:
MRO executive
You will be working with a well-established aerospace company, with state of the art facilities. Based in Hassocks, due to the location, candidates will need their own transport. The company is currently recruiting for an MRO executive, with experience in Sourcing and selection of suitable, cost effective and technically capable component repair suppliers.
Job Description
· Lead vendor improvement and cost reduction opportunity identification through to development of a detailed action plan.
· Maintain and manage existing approved suppliers within Category of spend and ensure contractual compliance where applicable, on time delivery performance Identification
· Work with existing and potential suppliers, securing best price through supplier negotiations and collaboration to including benchmarking to prove competitive advantage for the business.
Personal Specification
· Background in Supply Chain at Tactical or Strategic levels
· 3 years experience in the Aviation industry/environment/role is preferred
· Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to succeed in a busy environment.
